Anna Rita De Carlo is a seasoned hospitality and events manager with a track record of success across several prestigious organizations. Currently serving as the Hospitality and Events Manager at BaxterStorey since May 2022, Anna Rita previously held the role of Hospitality Manager at TOCA Social, where the first social entertaining dining experience in the UK was launched at The O2 Arena. Experience also includes managing staff performance and budgets as Department Manager at Fortnum & Mason, and opening the first High Street Shop for Peabodys Coffee. With a background that began in quality control and support management at Baker&Spice, Anna Rita has developed strong leadership and coaching skills, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Birkbeck, University of London.
