Chad Brightbill

Chad Brightbill has a diverse and extensive work experience in the food industry. Chad started their career in 1992 as an Assistant Manager at ADM Milling Company. Chad then moved to Cargill Foods Flour Milling Division as an Account Manager from 1996 to 1999. After that, they joined Horizon Milling LLC as an Account Manager for 15 years, from 1999 to 2014. Chad then worked at Miller Milling Company as the Vice President of National Accounts from 2014 to 2018. Following that, they worked as a Key Account Manager at Ardent Mills from 2018 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of National Account Manager at Bay State Milling Company since 2021, and recently became the Director of Manufacturing Sales in August 2022.

Chad Brightbill obtained their Bachelor's degree in Milling Science from Kansas State University, where they studied from 1987 to 1992.
