Nicole Gasaway

Nicole Gasaway has a strong background in human resources and leadership roles. Nicole is currently the Chief People & Impact Officer at Bay State Milling Company. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Vice President Human Resources and Communications / CHRO at Blue Diamond Growers from 2021 to 2022. Nicole also held the position of Associate at Columbia University School of Professional Studies from 2020 to 2021.

From 2018 to 2021, Gasaway served as the VP / CHRO at Wakefern Food Corp., where they developed and led a people strategy for the $18B retail co-operative. Before that, they took a learning sabbatical and gained diverse experiences.
