Jagat Adhiya

Jagat Adhiya currently serves as Vice President and Head of IT & Digital for Pharma R&D & CGT at Bayer since February 2023. Prior to this role, Jagat held multiple positions at Merck Healthcare from February 2016 to January 2023, including Head of R&D Data Strategy & Innovation and Director of IT R&D Business Partner for Biopharma Research & Early Development. Jagat's earlier experience includes serving as Associate Director at EMD Millipore and various engineering roles at Waters. Educational credentials include an S.M. in Technology and Policy/Engineering Systems from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from St. Xavier's College, along with foundational education at Campion School in Mumbai.
