Jan-Philipp Kruse

Jan-Philipp Kruse has a diverse background in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry, with experience in business development, open innovation, alliance management, and consulting. Jan-Philipp currently holds a Senior Director position at Bayer, where Jan-Philipp leads the Bayer Co.Lab Berlin biotech incubator. Prior to this, Jan-Philipp worked at Catenion and IMS Health in various managerial and analytical roles. Jan-Philipp holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from Columbia University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, as well as a B.Sc. in Biochemistry from the University of Bristol.
