Nilam Kayastha

Nilam Kayastha is a highly experienced professional in data science and geospatial analysis, currently serving as Decision Science Manager at Bayer Crop Science since November 2019. Previously, Nilam held the positions of Senior Data Scientist at Bayer Crop Science, Data Scientist at Monsanto Company from April 2016 to November 2019, and Research Associate at the University of Minnesota from January 2014 to November 2019.
