Silke Lengemann

Silke Lengemann serves as a Senior Manager and Spokesperson, as well as a Global Communications Business Partner for Digital Transformation at Bayer Pharmaceuticals since December 2015. Previously, Silke held the position of Global Employee Communications Manager at the same company. Prior experience includes managing director of Business Consulting Ritter GmbH and roles in internal communications and intranet management at BASF Services Europe. Additionally, Silke contributed as an editor at taz - die tageszeitung and managed press and media relations at Pleon. Early career involved press relations for Autostadt GmbH. Silke holds an M.A. in Sociology (European Societies) and a B.A. in Publizistik- und Kommunikationswissenschaft from Freie Universität Berlin, as well as an Abitur from Laubach Kolleg der EKHN.
