🦖 André Schneider

André Schneider began their work experience in 2004 as a Teamlead Human Resources at IKEA Group. From there, they transitioned to Recruitment Services, where they worked as a Branch Manager/Consultant until 2012. 🦖 André then joined CTS EVENTIM AG & Co. KGaA as a Business Partner Human Resources International for three years. In 2015, André joined Red Bull as a Senior Business Partner Human Resources and remained in that role until 2018. From 2018 to 2020, André worked as the Head of Human Resources at XXXLdigital - Part of XXXLutz Group. Following that, André served as the Head of Human Resources at Aroundtown SA from 2020 to 2021. In 2021, André joined Contorion as the Head of People & Culture for a brief period. Currently, they are the Senior Director People & Culture at Bayes Esports, where they uutilizetheir expertise in the rapidly growing field of esports.

André Schneider started their education at the Commercial College, where they completed a degree as a Commercial Assistant with a focus on Financial & Accounting. After that, they attended the Universität Siegen and graduated with a M.A. degree in Economics, Psychology, and Sociology in 2007. 🦖 André further pursued their education at the same university and obtained a Prediploma in Business Administration, completing their studies in 2010.
