Pinar Canli

Pinar Canli has extensive work experience in sales and marketing roles. Pinar is currently the Sales and Marketing Director at Baymak / BDR Thermea Group. Prior to this, they were the Sales Director at Nestlé, where they led the distributor channel serving groceries, gas stations, and local supermarkets. Pinar managed a team of 1,500 people, including distributor operations. Before Nestlé, they worked as the Sales Director at Barry Callebaut Group. Pinar also spent a significant portion of their career at Unilever, where they held various positions, including Channel and Category Development Director, Category Operations Manager, Head of Health & Beauty Channel, Head of Cash&Carry Channel, National Account Manager, Local Modern Trade Account Manager, Customer Executive, and Field Executive.

Pinar Canli completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Middle East Technical University in 2004. Pinar also obtained a certification in "INSEAD - Strategy in the Age of Digital Disruption" from INSEAD in 2022.
