Abhinav Saxena

Abhinav Saxena has a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition. Abhinav began their career as a US IT Technical Recruiter at Amor Systems LLC in 2016. In this role, they focused on recruiting and assessing IT professionals for various positions.

In 2018, Abhinav joined eTeam as a Technical Recruiter. Here, they were responsible for full cycle recruitment of executive talent in the technology field across multiple industry verticals. Abhinav built relationships with hiring leaders and provided applicant management services.

Abhinav Saxena completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Hindustan College of Science and Technology. Abhinav attended the college from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Abhinav also obtained several certifications related to job descriptions, LinkedIn recruiting, niche recruiting, recruiting talent with social media, social recruiting for recruiters, and the morning habits of high performers. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn in May 2020.
