Erin O'Leary

Erin O’Leary has been an entrepreneur her entire life, operating several different businesses and real estate investment properties, often simultaneously. Erin was born and raised in the Boston area, then moved to Pennsylvania where she received her undergraduate degree and M.B.A. (dual emphasis in Finance and Marketing) from The Pennsylvania State University. Erin still serves on the Board for The Penn State University Smeal College of Business where she is regularly asked to be a guest lecturer and mentor. Erin practically applied her M.B.A. to her own business pursuits owning a licensing, marketing & promotions company, a college bar & restaurant, several online stores, three retail stores and a private school. She has also owned commercial buildings as well as rental properties. Thus Erin has a deep appreciation for the sacrifice, hard work and dedication it takes to build and maintain a strong business. In recent years as a Business Consultant, Erin has worked with dentists, engineering firms, a global amusement manufacturer, a Cape Cod boat yard, a machining manufacturing company in New York and many other businesses where she has helped companies become more profitable. Erin worked closely on a large, national merger and acquisition deal and subsequent client migration as well. Erin dedicates herself to creating smart, win-win transactions.
