Seth Kelly, MD, FACEP, FAEMS, FAWM, NRP, currently serves as Chief of the Division of Prehospital and Disaster Medicine and Regional EMS Medical Director at Baystate Health, as well as Associate Regional EMS Medical Director. In conjunction with these roles, Seth is a Physician (Medical Officer) for the Trauma and Critical Care Team with the National Disaster Medical System under the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Additionally, Seth holds the position of Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Previous experience includes an EMS Fellowship at UPMC, an Emergency Medicine Residency at the University of Maryland Medical Center, and roles in disaster medical assistance and healthcare consulting. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Medicine from Texas A&M Health Science Center, an MBA from the University of Maryland, and an undergraduate degree in Philosophy from Dartmouth College.
