Mimi Rivinus has been with Bayview Asset Management since January 2006 and currently holds the title of VP, Learning & Organizational Development. Prior to that, Mimi held roles such as AVP and Director of Leadership and Organizational Development. Mimi previously worked at Harbor Properties as a Leasing Lead and at Move Over Mozart as a Program Director. Mimi also has experience as a Teacher at Montessori Garden. Mimi obtained a Certification in Coaching and Organizational Learning from Newfield Network, Inc. in 2004 and a BA in Theater Arts Performance from the University of Miami in 1996.
