Eric Schieck

Eric Schieck has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Eric started their career in 2002 as a Field Sales Engineer at Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), where they worked until 2005. From 2005 to 2006, they served as an Area Sales Manager for the South Central and South East regions of the US. Eric then transitioned to the role of Account Manager at AMD from 2006 to 2007.

In 2007, Schieck joined Spansion (Cypress Semiconductor) as a Global Account Manager, where they stayed until 2009. Eric then moved to Volterra, where they worked as an Executive Account Manager from 2009 to 2012.

Since 2012, Schieck has been with Bazaarvoice, assuming various leadership positions. Eric started as a Divisional Vice President, leading Commercial/Mid-Market Sales from 2012 to 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they served as the Divisional Vice President of Enterprise Sales. In 2019, they were promoted to Vice President, responsible for Enterprise Sales and Client Success. In August 2021, they took on their most recent role as the Senior Vice President, overseeing Global Revenue at Bazaarvoice.

Eric Schieck holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. These include the "Sales Management Code" from VantagePoint Performance in June 2019, "Command of the Message," "Command of the Plan," and "Command of the Talent" from Force Management in 2013. Eric also obtained the "Large Account Management Process" certification from Miller Heiman in 2011, and certifications in "Negotiations & Influence" and "Strategic Selling" from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business and Miller Heiman respectively, in the same year.
