Jason Santos

Jason Santos began their career in 1994 as an Actuarial Assistant at Insurance Services Office. Jason then worked as an Actuarial Assistant at St. Paul Reinsurance from 1995 to 1997. Jason later joined Reliance National Insurance as a Senior Actuarial Analyst from 1997 to 2000. From 2000 to 2011, Jason served as the Director of Strategic Analysis and Testing at American Express. Following that, they held the position of Vice President of Customer Analytics and Decision Support at American Precious Metals Exchange, Inc. (APMEX) from 2011 to 2014. Jason then worked at Myron Manufacturing as the Vice President of Strategic Analytics and Decision Support from 2014 to 2017. From 2017 to 2021, they held the same role at Fiserv. Jason is currently the Director of User Analytics at Bazaarvoice, starting in 2021.

Jason Santos attended Cornell University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering. Jason then continued their education at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering.
