Tetsuya Matsushita has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Tetsuya started their career as a Sales and Marketing professional at AIESEC, where they held various positions from Corporate Sales to Corporate Sales Director. Tetsuya then worked as a Social Media Intern at LITALICO Inc.

In 2014, Tetsuya joined UNIQLO, where they initially served as a Manager in Training and later became an Assistant Store Manager. Tetsuya eventually became a Store Manager, overseeing operations, inventory control, and customer satisfaction. Their efforts led to significant improvements in sales and profitability, ranking, and customer satisfaction.

At UNIQLO, Tetsuya also took on roles as a Customer Insights Analyst, contributing to significant sales growth through data analysis and feedback to product development and marketing teams. Tetsuya later became a Product Owner, managing a product impacting over 40% of global EC sales. Tetsuya was responsible for defining business and system requirements, led the design and launch phases, and conducted tests and new feature launches.

In 2017, Tetsuya joined Bazaarvoice as a Client Success Manager. In this role, they managed a portfolio of clients, including top consumer electronics and fashion companies. Tetsuya educated clients on maximizing their revenue and return on investment through rating and reviews and social commerce. Tetsuya provided analytical support, troubleshooting, and system and operations design assistance.

Tetsuya Matsushita attended Chuo University from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in History, Marketing, LGBT study, and Gender study.
