Neil Watt has extensive experience in the energy industry, particularly in the analysis and trading of crude oil, refined products, and ESG. Neil has held various roles at different companies, including B.B. Energy, Glencore UK Ltd., Hartree Partners, Mitsui & Co Commodity Risk Management, Ltd., Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Aon, and Shell.

At B.B. Energy, Neil served as the Head of Analytics, where they led a global team and commercialized analytics firm-wide. Neil was responsible for developing successful data-driven trading strategies and predictive modeling for forecasting supply and demand balances in the energy market.

Prior to that, Neil worked as a Crude and Refined Products Strategist and Senior Gasoline Analyst at B.B. Energy, where they led market analytics and made significant contributions to the company's profit and loss (P&L) in various markets.
