Penda Mendes Sow

Penda Mendes Sow is currently working as an Intern in the Human Resources department at BB Seguros, where Penda supports various processes related to Psychology in Organizations, particularly in Recruitment and Selection. Prior to this, Penda worked as a Projects Consultant at Praxis Consultoria Jr, where Penda managed and executed projects related to Human Resources and People Management. Penda also completed a degree in Psychology at the University of Brasília.
