Steve Mesarick

Steven Mesarick is the Executive Vice President & General Counsel at BBB Industries, LLC, where Steven serves as a legal specialist and key advisor to senior executives. Prior to their current role, Steven held positions at companies such as Pentair, Tyco, Motorola, SES Americom, Lockheed Martin, and CPS Energy. Steven has extensive experience in corporate law, commercial matters, compliance, and M&A integration. Steven holds a JD from Rutgers Law School, an MBA from The University of Texas at San Antonio, and a BBA in International Business & Finance from Texas A&M University.
