Tanu Sahnan

Tanu Sahnan is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and team management. Since January 2015, Tanu has held the position of Senior Engineering Manager at BBC, overseeing onshore and offshore teams to enhance efficiency and manage cross-team systems integration. Prior to this role, Tanu served as a QA Engineer and Regression Lead at MetaPack, where effective stakeholder collaboration was key to meeting project deadlines. Tanu's career began at Accenture as a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test, successfully coordinating the delivery of an automated jobseeker's allowance application and introducing a Behavior Driven Development (BDD) approach. Tanu holds an Engineer's Degree in Computer Science from IET Bhaddal, earned from 2005 to 2009.
