Alberto Algarra

Alberto Algarra's work experience begins in 2008 when they worked as a Consultant Data Scientist at Cognodata. Alberto later became a Becario, where they worked on various internal projects. In 2012, they joined everis as a Business Manager Data Scientist, where they were responsible for team management, business development, and client relationship management. Alberto worked on projects involving classification models and customer segmentation using NLP techniques and Deep Learning algorithms. Albert Algarra then joined El Corte Inglés in 2018 as an AI specialist, where they managed teams and worked on recommendation engines, computer vision, and image analysis. Alberto continued in this role until February 2023. Currently, they are an Expert Data Scientist at BBVA AI Factory, starting in February 2023.

Alberto Algarra completed their education from 2003 onwards. Alberto obtained a Licentiate degree in History of Art, Art Criticism, and Artistic Heritage Conservation from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D. It is not specified when their studies in this field ended.

From 2004 to 2009, Alberto pursued a degree in Computer Engineering (Ingeniero Informático) from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.

In addition to their formal education, Alberto obtained the IBM Certified Application Developer - Watson V3 Certification from IBM Professional Certification in October 2017.
