Milovan Dragañac García

Milovan Dragañac García has a diverse range of work experience. Milovan started their career in 2001 at America Movil Peru SAC, where they worked as Jefe Centros de Atencion y Pagos until 2010. From there, they joined BBVA en Perú and held various roles, including Responsable Servicing & Expansion, Gerente de Transformación - Fábrica Digital, Head HR Business Partner T&C, and currently, Head of Culture, Employee Engagement & Professional Development. Additionally, they have served as a Docente Especializado at Pacífico Business School since 2019, a Docente Especializado at Posgrado Universidad de Piura since October 2019, and a Docente Especializado at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas from 2018 to 2022.

Milovan Dragañac García completed their undergraduate education at the Universidad Nacional de Trujillo from 1992 to 1998, earning a degree in Administration. In 2015 to 2016, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at the Universitat de Barcelona. Dragañac García furthered their education in 2021 to 2022, obtaining a Master's degree in Leadership from the Universidad Tecmilenio. In 2019 to 2020, they completed a program in Executive Coaching at the Escuela Europea de Coaching.
