Lisa Lilley

Lisa Lilley has a diverse range of work experience in various HR roles. Lisa began their career as an HR Business Partner at Norton Rose Fulbright, where they worked from 1995 to 2000. Lisa then moved on to Analysys Consulting as a Senior HR Consultant from 2000 to 2002. Lisa joined Nokia as a Senior HR Consultant from 2002 to 2006 before transitioning to Business Objects as a Senior HR Business Partner from 2006 to 2008. Lisa then joined Morneau Shepell as an HR Director, where they worked closely with business leadership teams and provided HR leadership for a $120M line of business from 2008 to 2019. Currently, Lisa Lilley is the Executive Director of People & Organizational Potential at BC Cancer Foundation, a role they have held since April 2021.

Lisa Lilley completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Surveying Science from Newcastle University, from 1985 to 1988. Lisa also obtained an Associate degree in HR as a Chartered Human Resources Professional in the UK, which was completed by 1995.
