David Leland

David Leland joined BC Partners in New York in 2018. David is responsible for obtaining committed financing for any new private equity investment and managing the capital structures of BC Partners’ existing portfolio companies. His responsibilities include refinancing existing debt; obtaining capital commitments to support portfolio company acquisitions; working through the IPO process and follow-on offering and block trading of equities of existing portfolio companies. Additionally, David is the CEO of BC Partners Securities LLC, a registered broker-dealer in the US.

David holds a BBA with a concentration in Finance from George Washington University.
