Karen Chee

Karen Chee is an experienced human resources professional with a strong focus on People & Culture in the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as Vice President at BCD Travel since March 2015, Karen oversees strategic HR business partnering, talent management, employee engagement, and the full spectrum of human resources disciplines. Previously, roles included Senior Director and Director at BCD Travel, Human Resources Generalist at T.D. Williamson, and Senior Human Resources Executive at Vopak and Deloitte, where Karen contributed to HR policy development and project management.
