Richard Mo

Richard Mo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Richard began their career as a Logistics Analyst at Johnson & Johnson in 2005, followed by a role as a Customer Service Executive at Late Rooms Ltd in 2006. In 2009, Richard joined RBS as a Client Services Executive. Richard then moved on to Vodafone UK in 2010, where they served as a Vodafone Discover Leadership Program participant and later as a Corporate Account Development Manager. From 2012 to 2015, Richard worked at Vodafone Global Enterprise, first as a Global Business Account Manager and then as a Regional Client Partner. In 2015, they joined FCM Travel Solutions Asia, where they held the title of Global Account Manager / Assistant Team Leader of Account Management SEA until 2018. Richard is currently the Director of Account Management at BCD Travel, a position they have held since 2018.

Richard Mo attended Rydal Penrhos School from 1992 to 2003. Richard then pursued a BA (Hons) degree in Business from The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2003 to 2007. In 2007 to 2008, Richard obtained an MSc in International Management with Distinction from the University of Reading, focusing on International Business.
