Rosalva R. has a diverse range of work experience. Rosalva started their career as an HR/Associate Expatriation Specialist at McDermott International Inc. in 2014, where they worked until November 2015.

After that, in 2016, they pursued higher education and became a Graduate Student at Liberty University, earning a Master's degree in Human Services Counseling in December 2016.

In 2017, Rosalva worked as a Mentor/Case Manager at Southwest Key Program, where they managed cases and conducted interviews to determine appropriate services for children. Rosalva then joined Casa Pacifica as a Therapeutic Behavioral Services Specialist for a brief period of time.

In 2019, Rosalva worked as a Social Worker at the County of Santa Barbara and an Investigator at the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. Rosalva also served as a Direct Services Advisor at DiscoverU Fantastic Learning Opportunities, where they provided guidance and support to individuals.

In 2021, Rosalva joined BCFS Health & Human Services as a PRN Disaster Human Services Case Manager, working on conducting assessments and providing crisis intervention services. Rosalva also worked as a Mental Health Clinician/Interim Supervisor, overseeing a team responsible for providing psychological first aid, conducting risk assessments, and developing therapeutic plans for children.

In 2022, they transitioned to Compass Connections as a PRS Special Projects Case Manager, where they worked until September 2022.

Rosalva R. began their education journey in 2010 when they attended Southwestern Adventist University. From 2010 to 2011, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology. After completing their undergraduate studies, they furthered their education at Liberty University from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained a Master's degree in Human Services Counseling. In 2020, Rosalva enrolled at The University of Texas at Arlington to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree. Rosalva is expected to complete their studies at The University of Texas at Arlington in 2023.
