Julie Rotat Lattes

Julie Rotat Lattes has extensive work experience in various roles within the field of communication and strategic consulting.

From 1999 to 2001, they worked as a Consultant in Change Management for BearingPoint, specializing in HR. Following this, they joined Oneida Associés as a Restructuring Consultant, where they focused on communication strategy for international industrial groups undergoing restructuring.

In 2004, Julie became the Chief of Staff to the Secretary General at Groupe Danone, where they were responsible for preparing speeches, presentations, and meeting briefs for the Secretary General and the President of the company.

Moving on to TBWA\\Paris in 2006, they worked as a Corporate Communication Consultant and Client Director, providing strategic event planning recommendations for corporate clients.

In 2008, Julie founded their own company, Id'Ink Conseil, where they offered strategic communication consulting services to executive members, senior managers, and communication departments of various companies.

From 2015 to 2017, they held the position of Communication Director at VINCI Construction, overseeing the communication efforts of the company, including repositioning communication tools and marketing cross-offerings.

As the Founder and President of Talk the Walk from 2017 to 2019, Julie provided consultancy services for transformation projects, focusing on communication strategy to give meaning to the projects.

From 2018 to 2019, they worked as an Associate Director at Agence Babel, leading transformation projects and supporting the development of strategic narratives and communication strategies for clients such as VINCI, Harmonie Mutuelle, L'OREAL R&I, VINCI Construction International Network, and SAUR.

In 2019, Julie joined BrightHouse, a BCG company, as a Senior Strategy Director, where they contributed to helping clients express and embody the purpose of their initiatives to mobilize employees and leaders around common and inspiring projects.

Lastly, in 2020, they became an Instructor in the Master 2 Finance & Strategy/Sustainability program at IEP Paris.

Throughout their career, Julie Rotat Lattes has demonstrated expertise in strategic communication, change management, and transformation projects, providing valuable insights and guidance to their clients.

Julie Rotat Lattes has a diverse education history. Julie attended ESSEC Business School from 1999 to 2001, where they earned a Master 2 (M2) degree in Management. In 1996, they obtained a Baccalauréat L from Lycées Blaise Pascal. Later, in 1996, they attended Sciences Po and obtained a Licence degree. In 2011 to 2012, Julie attended INTERNATIONAL MOZAIK, where they completed a course in Coaching Individuel - Bases et Approfondissement. Currently, they are pursuing a Coaching Certificate in Management at INSEAD, starting from 2021.
