Sarah You is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and staffing. Currently serving as Talent Manager and Staffing Lead at BCG Digital Ventures since June 2021, Sarah has also held the position of Senior Staffing Specialist within the same company. Prior to this, Sarah worked at Cornerstone Research from March 2018 to June 2021, where roles included Senior Staffing and Development Specialist. Earlier experiences include HR & Marketing Coordinator at Nixon Peabody LLP and Experienced Hire Recruiting Coordinator at KPMG US. Sarah began the career at Dow Jones as an intern focusing on HR compliance, HRIS, and talent acquisition. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and Public Health from Rutgers University, Sarah combines educational expertise with a strong professional background in human resources.
