Janie Lee

Janie Lee has a solid work experience in the consulting industry. Janie started working at Deloitte in 1996 as a Director and stayed until 2000. After that, they joined Resources Global Professionals as a Managing Director, where they successfully built and managed a team serving Fortune 500 clients. In 2008, Janie became the Director of Talent Acquisition at RGP, responsible for internal management recruitment until 2015. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director- Global Talent Acquisition at RGP since 2016, where they have played a crucial role in helping establish the company as a global consulting firm.

Janie Lee holds a B.S. in Accounting/Finance from USC Marshall School of Business. Janie has additional certifications in various areas such as Diverse Talent in Recruiting and Hiring, How to Run Efficient Hybrid Meetings Nano Tips, Nano Tips for Using Excel, Diversity Recruiting, Fair and Effective Interviewing for Diversity and Inclusion, Inclusive Leadership, and Performance-Based Hiring. Janie is also a Certified Public Accountant.
