Ze Liu

Ze (Derek) Liu is currently the Head of Legal for Greater China and Senior Director, Executive Legal Counsel for APAC at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), a role they have held since 2022. Prior to their current position, they served in various legal capacities at notable organizations such as Amazon China, Airbnb China, and VIPKid, where they focused on compliance, corporate governance, and foreign direct investment. Ze's extensive legal background includes experience as an Investment Consultant at The World Bank Group and as an Investment Officer at the Beijing Economic Development and Investment Company. They hold a Master's degree in Law from both the University of Missouri Kansas-City and The George Washington University, along with a Second Bachelor's degree in Law from Peking University Law School.
