Darren Taylor has a diverse range of work experience in human resources and management roles. Their most recent position is as the Head of People at BCHA, where they are responsible for achieving the best outcomes for those in need of their services. Prior to that, they worked as the Managing Director at Trust HR Limited and as the Interim Head of HR at BakerHicks. Darren also has experience as the Managing Director of Staffed UP and as the Group Head of Human Resources at Utility Point Limited. Darren has been involved in driving recruitment and people strategies, winning awards for employee engagement. Darren Taylor attended Poole Grammar School from 1984 to 1986, studying History and Business Studies. Darren then enrolled in Halton College in 2006, where they studied Employee Relations 1-4. Prior to this, they completed their secondary education at Seldown Secondary School from 1980 to 1984, obtaining 13 O Levels.
