Bondi Kwa

Bondi Kwa, CPA, CA, CPA (Texas) has a comprehensive work experience in the field of transactions, investments, and risk management. They are currently the Director of Private Markets Risk Management at BCI, where they lead coverage and work alongside various asset class teams to identify, assess, and manage risks associated with investment opportunities and portfolio investments. They also provide advice on due diligence and strategic plan development. Prior to this, Bondi worked as a Contractor in the Strategy and Transactions division at EY. Between 2018 and 2021, they held the position of Director of Investments at Ardenton Capital, where they worked closely with the investment committee and private equity teams across Canada, the US, and the UK. Bondi also has extensive experience at EY, where they held the role of Associate Partner and Senior Manager in Strategy and Transactions. They developed a broad set of capabilities and experience as a transactions and M&A advisor, working with various clients on over 200 transactions across different industry sectors. Bondi began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they worked as a Manager in Transaction Services and Senior Associate in Assurance and Business Advisory.

Bondi Kwa, CPA, CA, CPA (Texas), obtained a B.Sc. degree in Life Sciences (Major), Commerce (Minor) from The University of British Columbia, in 1998. Bondi then pursued a degree in Accounting and Finance from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada), completing it in 2002.
