Barbara Falero

Barbara Falero is currently the Chief Compliance & Ethics Officer at Banco de Crédito. Barbara has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry.

Barbara started their career as a bank examiner with the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta in 1995. Barbara was promoted to the position of Trade Finance Account Officer and Credit Analyst / Latin America Banks at BAC Florida Bank in 2000.

In 2006, they joined Banco de Crédito BCP as the VP/Compliance Officer – Miami Agency. Barbara held this position for two years before joining Banco de Crédito in their current role.

Barbara Falero has a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Florida International University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and General from St. Thomas University. Barbara also has a certification from ACAMS in CAMS – Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist.

They work with Cesar Rivera - CEO of Pacifico, Head of Insurance & Pension Funds, Francesca Raffo - Head of Transformation at BCP, and Cesar Rios - Chief Financial Officer. Barbara Falero reports to Gianfranco Ferrari, CEO.
