JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in standardizing department processes, partnering with Sales Operations and Sales Leaders, and ensuring the efficient operation of their team of coordinators. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively. A person in this role must be comfortable with and have some experience coaching, mentoring, and giving consistent performance feedback to staff.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise day to day activities of the Sales Operations team to ensure that resources are utilized efficiently.
  • Be point of contact for communication with account managers and assigned operations team.
  • Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure adherence to BDA policies and procedures.
  • Identify and resolve potential issues with workload, performance or specific projects, partner with appropriate resources.
  • Deescalate and solve for interpersonal team conflicts as necessary.
  • Complete performance reviews for assigned Sales Operations team.
  • Demonstrate discretion and confidential communication.
  • Provide consistent employee coaching, feedback and/or documentation, as needed.
  • Act as floater and backup to assist associates when necessary.
  • Make data-driven decisions based on reporting platforms to support the business.
  • Participate and support Ops Leadership in execution of WIGs and Company Initiatives.
  • Set clear expectations and performance standards and hold employees accountable for meeting established KPI’s.
  • Complete other job duties and projects as assigned.

  • Mastery of working knowledge of BDA platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • •    1-2 years of experience in sales operations preferred.
    •    1-2 years of experience as sales operations lead or managing 3+ employees.
    •    Mastery in Salesforce and Oracle E-Business Suite experience preferred, but not required.

We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position is $55k to $70k.. If you are hired at BDA, your compensation will be determined based on factors that may include geographic location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any offer. In the spirit of pay transparency, the range listed is the full base salary range for the role and hiring at the top of the range would not be typical, in order to allow for future salary growth. The range listed is just one component of BDA’s total compensation and rewards programs, which includes: robust PTO; vacation, a paid volunteer day, holidays and summer Fridays, Benefits; medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, 401k; tuition reimbursement, mental health and financial wellness programs and professional development opportunities including tuition reimbursement. Certain revenue-generating positions may be eligible for incentive compensation.
