Eini then worked as a Business Communications Trainee at Miltton, where they gained valuable experience in corporate communications and public relations. Following this, they worked as a Freelance Journalist at the Finland Chamber of Commerce, where they created content related to entrepreneurship and growth potential. Eini also worked as a research assistant on the book project "Suunnaton Suomi" by Risto E.J. Penttilä and Alf Rehn, where they collected information and presented findings on various topics.
