Jelderik Schutz has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jelderik is currently the Global Head of Total Rewards at BDR Thermea Group, where they contribute to the company's mission of facilitating the global shift towards sustainable energy carriers. Prior to this, Schutz founded and owned MiHRor, a company focused on human resources. Jelderik has also served as a board member for various organizations, including Tijdschrift voor HRM and NVP Netwerk voor HR-Professionals. Schutz has held HR leadership positions at Schiphol and TNT, where they were responsible for driving cultural and organizational development. Additionally, they have worked in compensation and benefits management at Mercer, Dell, and Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated. Throughout their career, Schutz has consistently demonstrated a commitment to advancing HR practices and promoting sustainable, efficient workforce management.
Jelderik Schutz has a Drs degree in Master of Business Science, HR, Economics from Radboud University, which was obtained from 1993 to 1998. In 2018, they completed the Transformational Leadership Program at Aberkyn and also studied Understanding Big Data and Analytics at IMD. In 2017, they participated in the Chief Learning Officers Roundtable at IMD, and in 2013, they completed the Leading High Impact Learning program at IMD. In 2012 and 2013, Jelderik obtained a first degree in self-awareness from Nyenrode Business University through the Leadership Development Programme IV. Most recently, in 2019, they completed the Corporate Digital Programme, specializing in Digital & HR Governance, at Hemingway Professional Governance.
