Patrick Jutras

Patrick Jutras has over 25 years of experience in the customer experience industry. Patrick began their career in 1995 as a Sales Engineer at Melita International. In 2000, they moved to Aspect Software as a Pre-Sales Engineer. In 2005, they joined Genesys | Interactive Intelligence as a Manager of Solutions Engineering for the Great Lakes & Canada region. Patrick was later promoted to Director of Solutions Engineering for North America. In 2016, they were promoted to Senior Director of Solution Consulting for North America. In 2018, they moved to Lumavate as the Vice President of Sales & Operations. In 2019, they returned to Genesys as the Vice President of Revenue Operations. Most recently, they joined Be My Eyes in 2023 as the Vice President of Revenue Operations.

Patrick Jutras obtained a College Degree in Computer Science from Institut d'informatique du Canada | Delta College.
