Wendy Bass

Wendy Bass has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with their most recent position being the National Director of the Health System Sales Team at PAI Pharma since July 2022. Before that, they held the role of National Sales Director of Commercial Operations at Vertice Pharma, a subsidiary of PAI Pharma, starting in November 2020.

Prior to their time at PAI Pharma, Wendy worked at Sandoz as the Regional Director of Field Reimbursement Managers from October 2018 to November 2020. Wendy also held the positions of Regional Sales Director from January 2016 to October 2018 and Area Sales Manager from September 2013 to January 2016 at Sandoz.

Before joining Sandoz, Wendy worked at Abbott Laboratories as the Device Manager from October 2012 to September 2013. Prior to that, they had a successful tenure as the Regional Sales Director at ViroPharma from December 2009 to October 2012. At ViroPharma Incorporated, they served as the Hereditary Angioedema Sales Specialist, excelling in sales and launching an intravenous product in underdeveloped markets.

Wendy also has a strong background at Abbott Laboratories, where they held the positions of District Sales Manager from March 2002 to June 2009 and Immunology Sales Specialist. Wendy led successful product launches, ranked in the top 5% for new product uptake, and demonstrated expertise in specialty pharmacy.

Throughout their career, Wendy has consistently achieved sales goals, recruited and retained top talent, and led successful product launches.

Wendy Bass completed their Masters in Education at the University of Texas at Tyler from 1994 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended Pagosa Springs High School from 1988 to 1991.
