Nicole Baker's work experience begins in 2002 as a Nanny at EF Au-Pair. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Business Analyst at Indue. Nicole then transitioned to the role of Fundraising Officer at Cancer Council Queensland from 2007 to 2009. Following that, they worked as a Fundraising Coordinator at Scope Victoria from 2009 to 2010. From 2010 to 2015, they served as a Senior Community Development Executive at Australian Red Cross. In 2015, they joined Concord Academy as the Campaign and Donor Programs Coordinator. Finally, since 2017, Nicole has been with Beacon Academy Boston, initially as the Director of Engagement and currently as the Director of Development and Engagement.
Nicole Baker has a diverse educational background. In 1998, they attended Queensland Commercial College and earned an Associate's Degree in International/Global Studies, which they completed in 2001. In 2002, they enrolled at EF AuPair School, where they completed a 32-hour training program. In 2003, they briefly studied Philosophy and Religious Studies at Dartmouth College. In 2010, they attended Scope Victoria Ltd and took a Disability Awareness Course. Lastly, in 2013, they completed the International Humanitarian Action Training (IHAT) Course at the Australian Red Cross.
