Lindsey Paskvan

Ms. Paskvan is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Technologies National Strategic Accounts and National Recruiting and Delivery groups. With more than fifteen years of technology talent and solutions experience, Ms. Paskvan is best known to her customers for building customized sales and delivery programs that support the unique needs of enterprise-level customers. Through these various delivery programs, Ms. Paskvan and her teams have consistently ranked in the top three of vendor partners and received several accolades including vendor of the year. Additionally, Ms. Paskvan is passionate about contributing to the community specifically in developing the next generation of technology talent. She is an active leader with various organizations such as YearUp, TechieYouth NYC, WITI, Dress for Success, Retts Syndrome and others. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Paskvan served in Regional and National Director roles for the second largest workforce company in the world, where she was responsible for managing teams supporting the organization’s largest national accounts. Ms. Paskvan received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Albion College, where she double majored in Psychology and Sociology.
