Cheryl Wilner

Cheryl Wilner has over 30 years of experience in human resources and leadership coaching. Cheryl began their career in 1987 at Dominion/Virginia Power, where they worked in human resources for 13 years. Cheryl then moved on to Infineon Technologies, serving as an HR Consultant from 2001 to 2005. After this, they worked at Alstom Power, Inc. as a Human Resources Manager for five years. In 2010, they joined Alstom (Switzerland) Ltd. as the Human Resources Director, responsible for global HR strategy and program delivery. From 2012 to 2016, Cheryl worked at GE Power as the Director of Human Resources, overseeing HR strategy for multiple businesses. In 2017, they became the President and Certified Executive Coach at Linden Limmat Leadership, LLC, where they provide leadership coaching and HR consultation services. Currently, Cheryl is serving as the Vice President of Human Resources for Beacon Building Products' South Division, managing HR operations for approximately 2,000 employees across multiple regions.

Cheryl Wilner obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Virginia Tech from 1983 to 1987. Cheryl then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human resources/Industrial Relations at Virginia Commonwealth University - School of Business from 1992 to 1994. In addition to their degrees, Cheryl obtained certifications as a Certified Executive Coach from the Center for Executive Coaching in 2017, and holds certifications as a Certified Professional Compensation and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from WorldatWork and SHRM respectively.
