Jason Crowe

Jason Crowe has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Jason is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Beacon Building Products, where they lead a team of recruiters in the United States and Canada. Previously, Jason served as the Head of Talent at CPI Security, where they rebuilt and rebranded the Talent Acquisition team and implemented new employee engagement strategies. Prior to that, they were the Director of Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations at O'Reilly Auto Parts, where they managed a team and implemented a best-in-class candidate and brand experience. Jason also has experience as the Director of Human Resources at Bancsource, the Human Resources Manager at Skaggs Regional Medical Center, and a Recruitment Specialist at Carolinas Healthcare System.

Jason Crowe attended Evangel University from 1996 to 1998, where they earned a degree in Business Management with a focus on Sports Management. Jason then went on to study Political Science and Criminal Justice at Kean University from 1999 to 2001.
