Mark Jones

Mark Jones has an extensive work experience in various companies. Mark started their career as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting in 2006 and worked there until 2011. Mark then joined IBM Global Business Services as a Senior Organization Strategy Consultant from 2011 to 2013. At Amtrak, they held the position of Director of Workforce Planning, Analytics, Change/Project Management and Strategy from 2013 to 2017. Later, they joined Deloitte Consulting again in 2018 as a Manager - HR Transformation until 2019. Currently, they are employed at Beacon Building Products as the Director of Operations Excellence. Mark previously served as the Director of HR Operations at the same company from 2019 to 2021.
