Shana Maines

Shana Maines has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic business partnership and HR operations. Shana held various roles at different companies throughout their career. At Beacon Building Products, they worked as Vice President of Human Resources, Corporate & Support Functions, providing strategic HR support to function leaders. Prior to that, they served as an HR Director, supporting corporate and support functions. At Southeast Toyota Distributors, they worked as a Senior HR Generalist. Maines also gained experience at W.W. Grainger, where they were a Regional Human Resources Manager and a DC Human Resources Manager. Shana started their career at Colomer USA as a Corporate Human Resources Manager and worked as a Technical Recruiter/HR Generalist at Unison Industries.

Shana Maines attended Terry Sanford from 1984 to 1988, and then went on to complete a BS degree in Aircraft Engineering Technology from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 1988 to 1993.
