Luis Guzman's work experience starts in 2019 when they worked at UPS as a Software Engineer, where they modified and rebuilt the backend driver report generator using C# and multi-threading. Luis also designed and implemented a new interactive data visualizer dashboard for Supervisors using Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Access.
In 2018, Luis worked at Colgate-Palmolive as an Operations Analyst. Luis maintained and monitored the business infrastructure, providing 2nd level support within SAP, Windows, and Unix/Linux Systems. Luis also built automation fixlet scripts on IBM's Big Fix and created batch jobs within Autosys to increase efficiency.
From 2017 to 2022, Luis was the Owner of Beagle Drones, focusing on building products that enable immersive ways to explore the world. They were pioneers in FPV drones for next-generation content creation and drone experiences.
During their time at Rutgers University–New Brunswick from 2016 to 2019, Luis worked as a Computer Support Technician for the Rutgers English Department. Their responsibilities included troubleshooting, configuring, and repairing software and hardware components for both Windows and Mac. Luis also assisted professors and faculty members in resolving technical issues and enhancing workflow.
Luis joined American Express in 2020 as a Software Engineer II. Luis worked in that role until 2023, being responsible for various software engineering tasks.
In 2022, Luis became the Co-Founder and CTO of Beagle Innovations.
