Jeff Fullmer

Jeff Fullmer is the current Operations Manager at Beam Lending. Jeff has over two decades of experience in the mortgage industry, having previously worked as a Senior Software Engineer, Project Manager, and Implementation Specialist at HK Systems, and as a Branch Operations Manager at Castle and Cooke Mortgage. In their current role, Jeff is responsible for helping Originators improve their work environment, increasing Loan Officer production, stimulating Loan Officer industry knowledge and professional growth, improving relationships between Loan Officers and referral partners, enhancing borrower mortgage experiences, and supporting an exceptional company.

Jeff Fullmer has an Associate's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Weber State University. Jeff is certified as a Mortgage Loan Originator by the NMLS and as a Certified Residential Mortgage Specialist (CRMS) by MBS Highway. Jeff also has a certification from the American Academy of Certified Public Managers in Certified Public Manager - Emphasis in conflict resolution.
