Olla Jongerius

Olla Jongerius is the Founder of BeamReach Inclusion, a DEI consultancy focusing on bridging differences and boosting business performance. Olla also works as a Visiting Lecturer at ESMT Berlin, a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Consultant and Founder of BerLearn. Olla has experience in managing global learning and development teams at Nortal and SumUp, as well as designing and delivering workshops on various topics across Europe. Olla holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Business and has pursued further education in learning and development, coaching, and marketing.
