David Chavez

David Chavez has a diverse work experience that spans over several roles and companies. David began their career in the United States Air Force in 1998 as a Crew Chief, where they managed and directed maintenance personnel and performed scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft. From 2006 to 2010, David worked as an Instructor of Technology, merging unique training into joint courses and evaluating student performance. Following that, they served as a Lead Mechanic from 2010 to 2013, directing technical and mechanical improvements and mentoring colleagues. Then, they took on the role of Controller and Operations Director from 2013 to 2015. From 2015 to 2016, David served as a Manager of Operations and Strategy, overseeing operational activities and collaborating with cross-functional teams for productivity improvement. David concluded their time in the Air Force as a First Line Manager from 2016 to 2018, responsible for determining schedules and coordinating work activities. After leaving the Air Force, David worked as an Account Representative at Insight from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they are an Inside Sales Account Manager at BEAR Cloud, where they apply their sales expertise.
