Kavya B.

Kavya B. is an experienced brand manager currently leading brand strategy and product development at Beardo since August 2023, with a focus on the Hair Cleansing and Nourishment portfolio. Previously, Kavya worked as a brand marketing consultant for the Shiv Nadar Foundation, where responsibilities included executing brand partnerships and creating a Wikipedia page for ShIv Nadar Schools. As a Senior Management Trainee at the same foundation, Kavya developed marketing campaigns and implemented digital marketing automation strategies. Earlier roles included Workspace Strategist at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd., summer intern at Deloitte India, and internships in medical sciences and biotechnology. Kavya holds an MBA in Marketing from T A Pai Management Institute and a BTech in Biotechnology from Amity University Lucknow Campus.
